Sending a patient on to a bigger hospital - A critical patient (Level 1 or 2) in a hospital with no emergency department is now sent on by ambulance. This also applies on Unlimited money. Before, they could wait forever, because the game thought you could treaโฆ
New: staff tied to posts - Assign a nurse or doctor to a specific post (a workstation in a room) in the schedule. - A new "By post" view shows each post and who covers it hour by hour. You can drag the edges of a block to resize it and click a gap to fill it. โฆ
- Imaging unblocked. Cancelling an X-ray, or moving on from one, no longer leaves the radiographer waiting for that patient. The next patient's X-ray now gets the technician. - Doctors can be hired. Opening a role in Staff Recruitment no longer sets its wage tโฆ
