Where does the data come from?
Almost all of it is Steam's own public data: player counts we ask Steam for every few minutes, Steam's change feed for new games, updates and delistings, and the Steam store for prices, reviews and tags.
How often does it update?
Player counts for the 2,000 most played games every 5 minutes, every other game with players every 10 minutes, and Steam's live top 100 every minute. Steam itself only refreshes a game's count every 12 to 14 minutes, so that's as fresh as it gets. New games, builds and patch notes show up within minutes, and prices, reviews and tags refresh at least every 12 hours.
Why is a game missing?
Search knows the name of every game on Steam, and opening a game's page starts tracking it, so its numbers fill in from then on. Games with no players are checked less often (every couple of days, or weekly for the quietest), and DLC, soundtracks and tools live under Apps. If something still looks wrong, tell us on Discord or by email.
How do I link Discord?
Sign in with Steam, then open Link Discord and approve it on Discord. You get the Verified role in our server and can chat everywhere. You can unlink any time in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
In Privacy & security. Your account is deactivated right away and permanently deleted after 21 days; sign in before then to restore it, or choose to delete it immediately. You can download your data there first.
