New upgrade: Load/Unload/Sell Speed. Doubles the speed of loading/unloading basket, washer and dryer, and selling.

Fixed an issue where washers and dryers reverted to a capacity of 5 after loading a save. Upgraded cycle speeds now also apply correctly after loading.
- Removed the delay between clothing pickups while holding E (interact button) with a basket. Keep E held and aim at clothes to collect them immediately.
