All is well now. Tooltips should work fine. I also tested end of turn.
Reverted back to older version. The new Unity Engine patch has broken some features. Tooptips are now somehow permanent I don't what else their patch broke. I will figure it out.
Unity Engine found a potential security threat. This patch fixes that issue.
