Increased the friction of most surfaces and increased arm strength. It seems a previous bug fix resulted in the arms being more slippery than intended. To combat this, I essentially made the main character feel stronger and grippier than before. This may resulโฆ

Hey everyone! Some pretty big bug fixes in this update, I'm excited to fix some stuff that's been bothering me for a while: Head will now "un-stuck" itself automatically if you get in a tight spot. No need to click the menu button. There's now a "are you sure"โฆ

The flesh pit had lots of items at the bottom that were introducing some lag. I reduced the amount to hopefully help with the issue.
