added a dropdown menu to allow players to change the starting sector fixed a minor UI bug where the shift terminal background is too short
fix a game breaking bug where the starting ring in the license exam minigame spawns inside the planet, creating a scenario where player cannot proceed also added target highlighting to the rings so players know exactly which ring to fly through in the exam
