I have coded in a Pop Up that shows once you have gotten an achievement.
I have changed some code surrounding the stars and how they display, and also am tinkering with how achievements get handed out.

I have added code in that makes me believe one should be able to get the First Star achievement unlocked on Steam.
- Deleted some extraneous text and buttons from the home screen. - Got the stars to Align again. When one beats a level they used to not get the stars properly assigned to the level they just beat. I removed a minus 1 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
