We have our first localization, into portuguese!
Fixing a couple typos in mission dialog and toning down the difficulty on Mission 16 just a tad.
Fixed some issues with how music and sound settings persisted between session. Also added a new visual/audio sequence to when you hit target worlds or get new high scores in Explorer.
Pat of the dialog that introduces players to Expedition Mode was too long and truncating, so we've spit that into different frames.
