Enemies should now wait to despawn while players fall out of a level. Fall damage now happens outside of the Tower. Fixed issue that caused the Battering Ram item to not have a cooldown. Battering Ram item now has a cooldown.
End of level teleporters should now properly reset on player death. Broken Temple Fixes for enemies that spawned and could not move. Fix for Lost Soul enemies not spawning at the correct time.
